Consumer agreement - smartplumber

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement governs the relationship between the company “smartplumber” (hereinafter the “Company”) and its customers (hereinafter “the Client”).

1.2. By using our service you agree to the terms of this agreement.

2. Service Description

2.1. The company offers its clients plumbing services on the territory of Georgia.

2.2. Services include plumbing installation, repair, cleaning and preventive work.

3. Prices and payment

3.1. The price of services is determined individually, taking into account the type of work, complexity and required materials.

3.2. Payment is made after the end of the service, unless otherwise agreed.

4. responsibility

4.1. The company is responsible for the quality and safety of the work performed.

4.2. The company gives a guarantee for the work performed for 30 days.

4.3. The company is not responsible for damages caused by improper operation by the client.

5. Guarantee

5.1. The company provides a guarantee of the quality of the materials and parts used.

5.2. Warranty conditions are considered individually depending on the type of work.

6. Cancellations and Changes

6.1. The client can cancel or change the order 2 hours before the start of the service.

6.2. In case of late cancellation, a minimum exit fee may be imposed.

7. Confidentiality

7.1. The company is obliged to protect the personal information of the client.

7.2. Without the consent of the client, the information will not be transferred to third parties.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. All disputes will be resolved through negotiation.

8.2. If the negotiations are unsuccessful, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with the legislation of Georgia.

9. Changes to the Agreement

9.1. The Company reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement.

9.2. Clients are notified of the changes via the website and email.
